“My mind," he said, "rebels at stagnation. Give me problems, give me work… I abhor the dull routine of existence. I crave mental exaltation.”

I am in love with this entire fandom. Why I haven't done proper fanart for it before is beyond me. But this was wicked fun to do. :)

Sherlock Holmes with his 7% solution. Inspired by the original books which I've only just started reading--but am already loving:heart:--but done BBC-style. Because BBC's Sherlock is one of the most brilliant shows ever to grace television.

Sherlock Holmes (c) BBC, Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss, and, of course, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

I love how you use the text, both in this and then in 'Noisy' it really shows how Sherlock has gone from chaos to organized chaos, and gives both pieces a kind of story that doesn't need explanation

Oh man I love you for your artist's comment there. Just for the record. Yeah, looking at the art now.

Okay WOW. First off, his glowy wrist-veins there. That's a great... thing, it's expressive and cool-looking simultaneously. And then second off, I love the way you've portrayed his thought process (or that's what I presume it to be) in the background. That is what thinking feels like when you're clever and just letting your mind wander.

Sorry if this seems a bit incoherent or something of the sort. I'm a touch hypomanic at the moment. And also kind of tired. This is awesome art here. Seriously, good job.
